Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CompTIA Acronyms+ (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not:

  • Modify, reproduce, or distribute the materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. In-App Purchases & Lifetime Pro

The App offers a "Lifetime Pro" tier as a one-time In-App Purchase. Payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store and tied to your Apple ID.

  • One-Time Payment: The Lifetime Pro purchase gives you perpetual access to the premium features of the App. It is not a recurring subscription.
  • Restoring Purchases: You can restore your purchase on new devices using the 'Restore Purchases' option within the App, provided you are logged into the same Apple ID.
  • Refunds: All refunds are handled strictly by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

4. Maintenance and Support

The App is provided 'as is'. While we aim to provide an excellent experience, we are not obligated to provide any maintenance or support services. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The content within the App is provided for educational purposes only. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the study materials. Use of the App does not guarantee passing any certification exams. The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the App, its developers, or Apple be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

CompTIA Acronyms+ is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by CompTIA. All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
